
Radius XR is a digital vision company with a mission to transform the eye care industry. Historically, vision testing has presented significant challenges, such as high capital investments in equipment, increased staff-to-patient ratios, and the need for patients to be moved between exam lanes and equipment. Radius approached CitrusBits to design and build an innovative vision and practice management platform, integrate it with the hardware in their proprietary Radius XR headset, and build in gold-standard vision diagnostics protocols. They also wanted to create an immersive promotional and educational media library that could be tailored to each patient and configured by each practice. This library would automatically display unique content at an appropriate time during the exam experience.
