Solutions Implemented: Automated Listings: The platform streamlines property listings by automating data collection and managing staging, photography, and 3D mapping. Data Visualization: Buyers are provided with organized and visualized real estate data at various levelsproperty, block, neighborhood, and metrofacilitating informed decision-making. Transparent Bidding: An open auction system ensures all participants are aware of their standing, promoting fairness and transparency. User-Centric Design: Through workshops and user interviews, Goji Labs crafted a lightweight, intuitive interface using neutral color schemes and minimal interactions to enhance user experience. Post-auction, the platform automatically generates purchase and sale agreements, streamlining the closing process without the need for intermediaries.
