Educational Route Simulation and Test Preparation Platform for London Cab Drivers

KPAPP is an educational app created for trainee cab drivers in London. The app prepares users for the famous London “Knowledge” test — a rigorous examination of the city’s routes, landmarks, and transportation logic. Users access lesson material, simulate route scenarios, and monitor progress as they study to become fully licensed black cab drivers.

Challenge

The app needed to provide access to learning materials, route simulation, and progress tracking.

Solution

We supported the client from the concept stage to full application release. After defining learning goals and user flows, we designed a modern, intuitive interface with route simulation tools. The app was developed in Flutter for cross-platform delivery and included a custom backend for managing educational data and tracking learner progress. The application continues to evolve as new content and user feedback are integrated.

Results

The application was successfully launched and adopted by trainee drivers preparing for the London Knowledge examination.
