Agave Information Solutions is a web design and software firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, in business since 2008. Our work ranges from a website and local SEO for a single-location business to petabyte-scale data systems, private AI and legacy .NET migrations for mid-market companies.

WEBSITES AND LOCAL SEO

Every site is hand-coded on Next.js and React, with no page builder or stock theme underneath. Every build includes:

We build AI systems that answer questions from your own documents and cite the file each answer came from, with the models running on hardware you control. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is shared, nothing leaves.

RECENT WORK (agaveis.com/portfolio)

- Hiberden: desktop archive software that writes every copy to LTO tape, NAS, cloud and local disk in one operation, reads each copy back to verify it, and tracks them all in one catalog. Rust, Tauri, ASP.NET Core.

- Easy2257: records software for a regulated industry, with identity verification and automated face matching, signed releases, SHA-256 hashed record custody, field-level encryption and a partner API with webhooks. Next.js, TypeScript, SQL Server, AWS.

- Private AI Video Archive Search: search by meaning across a video archive of about two petabytes, using speech transcription, image embeddings and model-written descriptions of what is on screen, with every model running on the premises. PostgreSQL with pgvector, Ollama.

- Private AI Knowledge Search: a private knowledge base that AI assistants query, answering every question with the passage and the source it came from. Tested against a written question set: 21 of 21 passed, 181 ms average.

- VideoEditorList: a directory where video editors publish a profile, a reel and credits. Rebuilt from ASP.NET Web Forms onto Next.js, live, with existing user accounts carried forward.

- Lucy's Coffee Express: a small business website with its own content management system, so the owner updates specials, photos and hours herself, with passwordless sign-in.

HOW A PROJECT RUNS

It starts with a free consultation about what the site or system has to accomplish and who it has to convince. You get a fixed-scope quote, so the number and the deliverables are settled before anything is built. Then structure, design and build, with review rounds on a live staging link you can open on your own phone. Launch comes with redirects, analytics, search console and sitemap submission handled, followed by a handover walkthrough so nobody is left guessing how to edit a page.

We do the work ourselves: no offshoring, no outsourcing, and no account manager standing between you and the work. The senior engineer who scopes the project is the one who builds it.
