Simpalm

Our company needed an Android app that could support a mental health platform in a way that felt calm, easy to use, and dependable for daily users. We hired Simpalm to build that product in Kotlin and help us move from concept into something real customers could use. For us, trust and simplicity mattered more than packing in too many features.They took a fairly hands-on role, which was helpful because we were still making product decisions as the project moved. Some weeks I was deeply involved reviewing screens, and other weeks they pushed things forward on their own. That balance worked well. They would usually come back with two or three options instead of just asking what we wanted.We did hit one rough patch around notifications where the first version didn’t behave the way we expected, so that had to be revisited. They fixed it without making the process difficult.The finished app runs smoothly, feels organized, and gave us a much stronger mobile presence on Android. Most importantly, early users found it approachable rather than overwhelming, which was exactly what we wanted.

They developed the app using React Native, covering UX design, booking functionality, and integration with our existing systems. The final deliverable was a fully functional mobile app, and we have seen steady adoption from our members, and fewer complaints about booking issues. The app also simplified how users interact with our schedule. Throughout the entire project, they were willing to rework features instead of pushing something through just to stay on schedule.

The project included frontend and backend development using React and Node.js, along with structuring the site’s content and user flow. The new site feels clearer and more usable, both for us internally and for visitors. We’ve had more consistent engagement since launching it.
