AI Implementation Specialists (AIS) is a fractional AI services partner for mid-market B2B manufacturers. We are not a SaaS vendor and we do not ship a packaged product. We sell implementation and ongoing operate capacity: people who design, build, integrate, and stay with the work after go-live.
Most manufacturers we talk to have already been burned by large vendor bets or slide-deck strategy engagements. They need a services partner who still stands with them six months later, when the tooling shifts and the process has to keep running.
We turn AI potential into working systems inside the business: process automations, AI agents and chatbots, knowledge management / RAG tools, and white-collar office workflows with a clear before/after. Engagements typically start with a focused pilot, then move into ongoing Operate or fractional capacity so the relationship continues as the stack evolves.
We work with owners and executives at industrial and manufacturing companies, especially across the Rust Belt and adjacent U.S. mid-market corridors. Scope stays on white-collar and operational office workflows (quotes, knowledge ops, handoffs, admin load, internal tools). We do not position AIS as shop-floor robotics, machine vision, or a product platform.
