* We selected a voice model with human-like sound quality and developed an AI agent optimized for real-time, natural conversations. The AI voice was fine-tuned to be expressive and lifelike, ensuring more natural interactions. * Using data from hundreds of hours of sales calls, scripts, and marketing materials, we built a custom database via Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Leveraging a fine-tuned LLM and the LangChain framework, we developed a reliable AI capable of handling real-world sales conversations, objection handling, and upselling scenarios. * We developed a custom noise suppression framework using adaptive models, allowing the AI to accurately recognize and process speech even during calls with background noise. This ensures clear voice recognition and natural conversation flow, even in suboptimal acoustic conditions. * We integrated the voice agent with the client’s CRM and ATS, enabling real-time call logging, automated data synchronization, and streamlined workflows across platforms.
