1. Overall Quality of Deliverables - The team delivered exactly what we asked them to. I think that throughout the progress of this project the team developed in a great way where they felt comfortable enough to call things out when things we unclear instead of moving forward with assumptions. Part of the improvement I also saw with this team was that they were more upfront about not being able to meet timelines due to changes or other challenges, where as before, they tried so hard to deliver in the time given that they wouldn't speak up and just try till they couldn't anymore to adhere to whatever timeline was given, even when not feasible. 2. Adherence to Timelines - Always did all that they could to meet timelines (I also addressed this above). 3. Communication & Responsiveness - The team was always beyond flexible and responsive. One of the things I love is that if they are unable to give you an answer at that moment, they will tell you by when you will have the answer you are seeking. 4. Technical Competency - Seemed adequate and when there were challenges, they reach out to the right people and/or other resources to get the information needed yo move forward. 5. Proactiveness & Problem Solving - Partly answered above and I'll add that they work beautifully as a team (Dev / SAP / QA) to solve problems together. 6. Overall Satisfaction (Rating out of 5 or 10) 10 Additional Comments / Suggestions/Strengths and Weaknesses: If I could do it all over again, I would do it with the exact same team! People throw around the term "dream team" but that's what I feel I had on this project! We faced many many challenges and even had brand new processes put in place while we were going full throttle but we made it through it and succeeded!
