
IntuitionLabs built custom Veeva X-Pages/MyInsights dashboards for Scilex to unify prescription, claims, and CRM data into a single view for field teams. The solution delivered daily automated updates and real-time insights to improve territory management, pre-call planning, and commercial execution.
Scilex faced a fragmented data environment where sales reps had to switch between multiple systems for prescription data, claims information, and CRM metrics. Performance insights were delayed, prescriber intelligence was limited, pre-call planning was manual, and sample distribution and event targeting were not optimized in real time
IntuitionLabs implemented a Veeva Nitro-powered analytics foundation and built two custom MyInsights dashboards: a Territory Insights Dashboard and an Account-Level Pre-Call Planning Dashboard. The solution centralized prescription, claims, CRM, and performance data, used automated data pipelines with daily refreshes, and embedded mobile-friendly interactive dashboards directly inside Veeva CRM.
The project gave Scilex a unified commercial data view with daily automated updates, faster pre-call planning, stronger territory management, better targeting of samples and lunch-and-learn events, and improved compliance through auditable tracking of HCP interactions and sample activity.

Veeva Nitro served as the core data warehouse, with Veeva MyInsights/X-Pages as the visualization layer. The implementation used an Amazon Redshift backend plus custom HTML5, Vue.js, and JavaScript dashboards embedded in Veeva CRM.
The dashboards improved compliance by automatically tracking sample distributions and creating auditable records of HCP discussion topics and interactions.
