With deep expertise in industry-leading technologies including the Appian AI Process Platform, we blend precision and creativity to craft faster, smarter solutions tailored to your goals. Backed by over 100 clients and 800+ successful engagements, we bring a builder’s mindset and a commitment to excellence to every project.
* We are all practitioners. Every team member is both consultant and builder. No dedicated project managers or business analysts, so communication is streamlined and what we design gets built right and works the first time.
* We have talent you can trust. Our most senior, award-winning engineers lead Macedon University, a selective program where only proven practitioners advance to client work. We don’t do just-in-time hiring; every hire is vetted, trained, tested, and ready before they join a team. It’s why our lean teams consistently outperform large integrators.
* We deliver speed without sacrifice. Our delivery model rewards both quality and velocity. Teams are uniquely incentivized to work with precision and accountability, producing measurable ROI and scalable solutions that keep ownership costs low.
