The client came to us in an emergency situation right before year-end after being abruptly dropped by their previous automated bookkeeping software provider. Their financial records were backlogged, disorganized, and completely unprepared for tax season. Our team immediately stepped in to perform an intensive historical clean-up. We migrated their data, reconciled months of backlogged banking and credit card transactions, and organized their ledger to ensure complete accuracy. Once their historical books were pristine and their fiscal year was successfully closed, we transitioned the client to our ongoing monthly bookkeeping package. We now manage their high-volume daily transactions, providing comprehensive Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets within days of receiving their monthly documents.
