
We designed a completely new website experience to support the Food Rescue US brand and generate awareness for their mission and app.
The client came to us with an outdated website that didn't match their brand standards, misrepresented the size and professionalism of the business, and discouraged potential partners from signing up to the platform. The lead director was hesitant to recommend anyone visit their website because it just wasn't up to the standard that it should have been.
We worked closely with the brand redesign and usage guidelines that the Food Rescue US team gave us and re-interpreted their physical print marketing materials into a modern and easy-to-use website.
App downloads and installs went up over 346% in the months after launch, and the website traffic and usage ballooned to over 4000% growth after the first year. We provided hands-on instruction to Food Rescue employees, who are now able to manage the website themselves. The company experienced quicker growth after the new website launch than the 10+ years preceding, and the lead director was proud to announce and share the new website everywhere.
