Pink Frog Interactive, founded in 2005, helps you improve your customers’ experience across your organization. We take complex products, services and systems and make them intuitive and easy to navigate. We focus on improving the quality of experience and human interaction with web applications, product interfaces, services, touchpoints and interactions. We follow a human-centered design process and uses principles and techniques derived from cognitive science, psychology, and anthropology to design and test services, product interfaces and interactions in order to make them useful, usable and desirable. At each touchpoint in your customer journey, we help improve the brand, consistency and experience.
