Prometheus Prime

Prometheus Prime is a founder-led technical recruiting agency with deep AI and ML specialization. We're a technical recruiting agency, not an "AI recruiting firm" — AI is our specialty, not our identity. We recruit senior engineers across AI/ML, SaaS engineering, mobile (iOS, Android, React Native), gaming (Unreal, Unity, netcode, graphics), infrastructure, and engineering leadership.

Track record:

• 100 Plus senior engineering placements

• 3 – 6 week time-to-fill

• 86% offer acceptance rate

• Most placements still with the hiring company years later

• 4-plus years inside frontier AI labs

Engagement models:

• Embedded RPO — we sit on your team for 60 to 90 days and run reqs as your in-house recruiter

• Retained search — single role, full lifecycle, ~25% of first-year base

• Fractional recruiting leader — strategic, hands-off but accountable for outcomes

• Volume discount up to 20% off for 4-plus senior hires inside 90 days or multi-month embedded engagements
