Shaping Student Decisions to Reduce Dropouts
Students were making high-stakes course selection decisions with poor guidance, leading to massive dropout rates. TetraNoodle designed an intelligent system that predicts student success and guides decisions in real time, reducing failure before it happens.
Challenge
Higher education institutions were facing a systemic crisis: ~30% of students dropped out within the first two years ~$450B economic loss due to poor course selection Students lacked structured, data-driven guidance The core problem was not access to education, it was misaligned decision-making at scale. Students were choosing courses based on incomplete information, leading to disengagement, failure, and eventual dropout.
Solution
We designed a Virtual AI Employee system to shape student decisions using data, intelligence, and behavioral alignment. 1.
