
TouchZen Media helped Jetbay redesign its private aviation booking experience to make it more transparent, approachable, and premium. The project focused on clearer pricing, improved availability visibility, refined branding, and a user-friendly booking ecosystem across the site and app.
Jetbay faced a common challenge in private aviation: the experience felt closed off and unclear. Users could not easily see prices, availability, or booking options, and the journey depended too much on “contact us” steps. For aspirational flyers, entrepreneurs, frequent travelers, and small teams, this lack of transparency created friction and caused potential users to leave before taking action.
TouchZen Media redesigned the experience around radical transparency. We refined the brand direction, logo, typography, color language, information architecture, and product flow. The new site and app introduced clearer route selection, upfront pricing, availability tools, and contextual explanations for services such as charters, empty legs, and jet cards.
The final product gave Jetbay a stronger digital presence that matched the quality of its service. The redesigned brand feels premium without being intimidating, and the transparent pricing model helps reach a wider audience while supporting existing clients. The site and app now work together as a clear, consistent, and scalable booking ecosystem.
