Alfabeto: Copywriter Platform

Alfabeto had a working product with real users, but rapid growth had left the platform with an outdated interface, inconsistent user journeys, and growing technical debt.

What started as a request to improve a few individual elements quickly revealed the need for a broader, more systematic modernization.

Key challenges:

1. The outdated interface no longer reflected the quality and potential of the product;
2. Key user journeys were complex and inconsistent;
3. There was no up-to-date map of the main user flows;
4. The platform lacked a clear and consistent information architecture;
5. There was no complete set of current layouts or product documentation;
6. Accumulated technical debt was making further development more difficult;
7. Updates had to be introduced gradually, without a risky full rebuild of the live product;
8. It was important to preserve familiar logic for existing users while making the platform easier to understand for new audiences.

We began with a full audit of the existing platform and uncovered issues that went far beyond individual screens.

Based on our findings, we redesigned the key user journeys, created a new UI/UX, and supported its gradual implementation within the live product. We also helped modernize the frontend and continued developing the platform after the release.
