Boundless - Multi-Bank Finance Management App

Boundless needed to transform the concept of managing multiple bank accounts into a simple and intuitive mobile experience. The core challenge was organizing complex financial information without overwhelming users, while making account connection, authentication, balance monitoring, and everyday account management feel straightforward. The product required clear user flows for onboarding, sign-up, email and phone verification, password recovery, bank connection, global balance overview, individual account details, transactions, and profile management. A key requirement throughout the design process was simplicity: users should be able to connect and manage accounts from different banks through one consistent interface.

You are launched worked with the Boundless team to define the product experience and design the mobile application. We mapped the user flows, created wireframes, explored UI concepts, and developed the visual design for the iOS experience. The design covered the complete core journey—from onboarding and authentication to connecting bank accounts, viewing a consolidated global balance, accessing individual account information, reviewing transactions, and managing the user profile. The team iterated directly with the founders, reviewing wireframes and design concepts and refining individual interactions based on feedback. Particular attention was given to reducing friction in financial workflows and keeping navigation and account information easy to understand. The resulting design system combines a clean fintech aesthetic with reusable interface components intended to support further product development.

The project resulted in a structured UX/UI foundation for Boundless and a cohesive mobile experience for managing multiple bank accounts from one place. The delivered work included user flows, wireframes, UI concepts, and polished mobile screens covering the product’s primary journeys, including onboarding, sign-up, verification, authentication, bank connection, global balance, account details, transactions, and profile management. The final concept gave the founders a clear visual representation of the product and a clickable experience that could be used as the foundation for the next development stage.
