Celebrity NDA™ was created to modernize the way high-profile professionals and businesses protect confidential information. Traditional NDA workflows often rely on printed documents, manual signatures, email attachments, or legal paperwork that is difficult to manage during meetings, events, negotiations, and other time-sensitive situations.

The challenge was to transform this process into a secure and convenient mobile experience while preserving the seriousness of a legally binding agreement.

The platform needed to allow users to quickly create NDAs, collect electronic signatures, securely store agreements, and share documents directly from a smartphone. It also had to support confidentiality provisions and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) clauses while addressing legal requirements across all 50 U.S. states.

From a product perspective, the challenge was to make a legally complex workflow feel simple enough to use within minutes without compromising security, document integrity, or usability.

We designed and developed a privacy-focused mobile platform that digitizes the complete NDA workflow. Users can create agreements directly from their smartphones, enter participant information, review agreement terms, collect electronic signatures, and securely manage completed documents.
