- RollDeep needed a custom marketplace connecting short-term rental guests with local goods and services.
- The product required new functional requirements, merchant data architecture and user journeys to be defined from the ground up.
- The architecture needed to support future growth in marketplace functionality.

- Developed user personas and mapped key user journeys.
- Designed detailed wireframes and a reusable component-based interface.

- Implemented passwordless SSO authentication using Okta Auth0.
