Challenge
- Convoso had outgrown its monolithic WordPress implementation.

- The resource center had become difficult to maintain and contributed to slower site responses.
- Hundreds of existing pages and multiple content types needed to be migrated safely.
Solution
- Re-architected the resource library around a flexible, tag-based content model.
- Replaced WordPress with Storyblok.
- Developed a high-performance Next.js frontend.
- Migrated hundreds of pages while preserving content relationships.
- Built a reusable responsive component system with Tailwind CSS.
- Deployed the application on Vercel.
