Designed and developed a custom SaaS platform for The Post Vault, a secure storage and safe deposit service that enables customers to manage vault access, reservations, communications, reminders, and account activity through a centralized digital platform.
The solution included a secure customer portal, administrative dashboard, automated notifications, reporting systems, user management, referral management, appointment scheduling, and cloud-based operational tools.
Built using React, Django, Tailwind CSS, AWS, Twilio, and Mailgun, the platform was engineered to provide a modern customer experience while supporting the operational requirements of a high-security storage business.
