MindInventory partnered with Arrow, a New York based healthcare RCM startup backed by $110M in Series A funding led by Gradient Ventures, to design and build a HIPAA-aware, human-in-the-loop AI platform for claim denial resolution and revenue cycle management. AI agents read the remittance, diagnose the root cause, and draft the appeal, but a biller approves every claim-affecting action before it leaves the system. The result: an 85% reduction in claim denials, A/R days compressed from 45 to 18, and a platform now running underneath 100K+ clinicians and 1.5B+ processed claims.
