Designing Medecro.ai’s Connected Dental SaaS Experience

Qquench designed a connected UX/UI ecosystem for Medecro.ai across a doctor web application, patient mobile app, doctor mobile app and marketing website. A shared design system unified the four product experiences while adapting to different users, from dentists managing information-dense clinic workflows to patients booking appointments and accessing care services. The scope included dashboards and workflows for appointments, patient records, billing, inventory, teleconsultation and AI-assisted dental X-ray screening. Qquench designed the product experience, interaction patterns, reusable components and responsive interfaces. Medecro’s technology team handled engineering and AI development.
Challenge
Medecro needed to translate complex clinic operations and AI-assisted radiograph screening into one coherent experience for Indian dental teams and patients. The platform had to support day-to-day clinical and administrative workflows without overwhelming users, while maintaining a consistent product identity across desktop and mobile interfaces. The X-ray screening interface required particular care. Possible findings needed to be visible and easy to review without positioning the AI as the final clinical authority. The experience also had to accommodate multi-doctor scheduling and ABHA ID, consent and patient-data journeys designed around the client’s ABDM integration requirements.
Solution
Qquench created the product UX strategy, information architecture, screen designs, interaction patterns, component specifications and a shared design system for four connected experiences. The design system established reusable rules for typography, colour, navigation, cards, calendars, patient records, data tables, overlays and responsive behaviour. For the doctor experience, Qquench designed workflows for appointments, patient management, billing, inventory, teleconsultation and X-ray screening. The screening interface highlights possible findings and supports review, editing and approval by the dentist. The patient and doctor mobile experiences use the same visual system at different levels of complexity, while the marketing website explains the product and guides prospective clinics towards a sales conversation.
Results
Qquench delivered four connected product experiences through one unified design system: the doctor web application, patient mobile app, doctor mobile app and marketing website. This gave Medecro a consistent UX foundation across professional, patient and public-facing touchpoints. The live Medecro platform supports AI-assisted screening for OPG and RVG/periapical images. Medecro currently reports 22+ supported conditions and 94.7% sensitivity for caries screening. Every finding requires review by the treating dentist; the screening layer does not replace clinical diagnosis or treatment decisions.
Product Experience Scope
Qquench designed four connected experiences: a doctor web application, patient mobile app, doctor mobile app and marketing website. The work included UX strategy, information architecture, interface design, interactive patterns, component specifications and responsive behaviour. Medecro’s technology team was responsible for engineering and AI development.
Responsible AI Interface Design
The X-ray screening experience was designed as clinical decision support rather than an automated authority. Potential findings are highlighted for review, while the dentist remains responsible for editing, approval, diagnosis and treatment planning. This distinction is visible in the interface and should remain explicit in the case-study language.
India Focused Health Workflows
The product brief included multi-doctor scheduling and ABHA ID, consent and patient-data journeys designed around the client’s ABDM integration requirements. Qquench incorporated these requirements into the user experience without claiming formal certification or regulatory approval.
One Design System Across Four Experiences
A shared component and interaction system connects an information-dense doctor dashboard, two mobile applications and a marketing website. The system maintains a consistent product identity while allowing each experience to use the navigation, content density and interaction patterns appropriate to its users.
