Goals: Develop a robust and scalable system that supports onshore and offshore inspection operations. Enable vessel crews to conduct inspections offline and synchronize data with the central server via satellite. Provide auditors with comprehensive tools to collect, review, and submit inspection data for state certification without field trips. Ensure data security and integrity during transmission and storage.

Solution

Solutions: We designed a secure, integrated inspection system with offline iPad functionality, satellite data sync, and robust reporting, ensuring efficiency for shipping and oil station inspections.

Results

Results: As a result, the BL4SEA system was deployed on 50+ vessels and platforms, cutting inspection times, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements.
