AI Try-On Mirror for the Sparta Prague Boutique

AI Try-On Mirror for the Sparta Prague Boutique
100+
Try-ons in a single day

YORD built an AI-powered try-on booth for the Sparta Prague Boutique. A fan steps up to an interactive screen, and AI generates an image of them wearing the latest Sparta jersey — no fitting room, no queue, no staff needed. An interactive quiz adds a reason to linger, and a QR code sends the image to the fan's phone to share. The booth recorded more than 100 try-ons in a single day. Delivered with ČSOB and Mastercard.

Improve customer experience

Footballmania wanted a faster, more engaging way for Sparta Prague fans to shop at the club boutique. Trying on merchandise means queueing for a fitting room, and that friction costs sales on a matchday. The goal was a self-service experience that was quick, memorable, and that strengthened the fan's connection to the club while simplifying product selection.

The agency's contribution

YORD designed and developed the AI try-on booth: the interactive screen interface, the AI image generation that places the customer in club merchandise, an interactive quiz, and QR-code sharing so fans can take the image away and post it. The booth runs self-service, so it works without staff attention. Delivered in collaboration with ČSOB and Mastercard.

Challenge

Club boutiques have a bottleneck: fans want to see themselves in the kit, and the only way to do that is a fitting room. On a busy day that means a queue, and a queue means fans leaving without buying.

Footballmania wanted to remove that step without removing the moment that sells the shirt. The brief was a fast, engaging and memorable self-service shopping experience for Sparta Prague fans — one that increased brand engagement and simplified product selection, and that could run on its own in a retail space.

Solution

We built a self-service AI try-on booth for the boutique floor.

**See yourself in the kit.**A fan stands at the interactive screen and AI generates an image of them wearing the merchandise, in seconds, without changing clothes.**A reason to engage.**An interactive quiz gives fans something to play with and ties the experience back to the club.Something to take away. A QR code delivers the generated image to the fan's phone, ready to share — which puts club merchandise into social feeds for free.

The whole thing runs unattended, available whenever the store is open. Built by YORD in collaboration with ČSOB and Mastercard.

Results

More than 100 try-ons in a single day.

Each one is a fan seeing themselves in the kit without occupying a fitting room or a member of staff — and, where the image was shared, a piece of club merchandise appearing in someone's feed.
