RAG-Powered Amazon Appeal Generator for Seller Reinstatement
Amplence built an AI platform that generates submission-ready Amazon seller appeals (Plans of Action) in minutes, using retrieval-augmented generation over 46 real, successful appeals.
Challenge
Writing an Amazon suspension appeal by hand took 3–7 days and around $3,500 per case, with inconsistent results. Suspended sellers were losing $1,000–$10,000 per day while waiting.
Solution
We built a RAG pipeline that matches each suspension reason against a library of 46 proven appeals (Gemini for retrieval, GPT-4o-mini for generation) and drafts a tailored Plan of Action.
