The client needed to rebuild their website infrastructure and used this opportunity to also improve the user experience and journeys. Embark supported with providing a website strategy and then executing on the design and development.
Naked Prosthetics needed help improving their website experience to be easier for their distinct audiences to navigate and to better align with their brand identity. As a manufacturing company, the client wanted to avoid feeling cold or transactional with their end users, so an emphasis on showing compassion and emotion was needed through the visuals and design.
Beginning with a website diagnostics, we were able to prioritize the goals and form a strategic website plan for Naked Prosthetics. This helped to identify key areas of the website to focus on. The sitemap and content were overhauled and specific click paths were outlined to ensure intuitive navigation. For design, we relied on powerful photography to invoke emotion and highlighted key messaging to make the user journey easy and straightforward.
The result was a simplified website with clear messaging and navigation for both audiences without compromise. In addition, an improved backend development established a foundation for additional features to be rolled out in the future. The client was also equipped with specialized tracking to better understand audience behaviors and performance metrics.
Embark's quality of work and speed were impressive. They delivered on time and responded to our needs efficiently.
