Em Equipa — Nursing Team Management App

Nursing teams need to coordinate patients, tasks, schedules and shared documents while maintaining a clear view of each team’s progress. The challenge was to bring these workflows together in an intuitive mobile experience that could reduce information fragmentation and support faster, more organized collaboration.

We designed the complete mobile app experience, progressing from initial wireframes to a polished user interface and reusable component system. The product was structured around three core workflows: creating tasks, managing patients and supervising teams.

Schedules, document access, progress graphs and a dark theme were integrated into a clear visual hierarchy, making complex operational information easier to scan and manage throughout the working day.

Em Equipa delivered a unified platform where nursing teams can coordinate work, monitor progress and keep patient-related information and documents accessible in one place.

The resulting experience supports clearer communication and more efficient day-to-day management, helping healthcare professionals provide a more organized and coordinated service.

A consistent visual system was created to make the application clear, approachable and easy to navigate. The interface uses Sweet Sans Pro typography, reusable components, custom icons and a healthcare-focused color palette.
