Valorian, a Houston-based industrial consulting company, partnered with Lumitech to transform its expertise into a scalable product ecosystem. The goal was to move beyond traditional consulting and build a modular SaaS platform for industrial service providers in energy and petrochemical sectors. Instead of relying on spreadsheets, manual scheduling, and fragmented tools, Lumitech helped design and develop a unified web and mobile ecosystem covering scheduling, safety, turnaround tracking, and compliance. The collaboration was structured as a long-term product partnership, where Lumitech acted as an embedded engineering team. Together, both companies evolved from early MVP validation to a scalable, multi-tenant architecture powering multiple industrial sites.

Solution
