We brought Rocket Harbor on as our technology partner, and what followed has been nothing short of transformative. In the transportation industry, you need a team that actually understands the space — not just developers who build off tickets without context. Rocket Harbor is the rare exception. Together, we built a decentralized plug-and-play marketplace for the transportation industry on a .NET stack — think Expedia, but for freight and transport. With a team of seven full-time engineers plus additional support, they helped us get there faster and more cost-effectively than I thought possible. Over $500,000 invested, and we've reached a $30 million company valuation in two years. The speed-to-value ratio has been remarkable. What sets them apart is their honesty and domain depth. I can't find areas for improvement; if anything, I just wish I could hire more of them.

We brought Rocket Harbor on board in November 2018 to help us scale an in-house web application built by a single developer. What started as a fragile, monolithic structure is now a robust, microservices-based platform built on .NET Core and Azure — and we've been working together ever since. Over $300,000 invested, and the value has been clear from early on. One of the biggest wins was setting up Azure DevOps for continuous integration, which streamlined the way updates are published. We see meaningful improvements every week. The application now aggregates data from multiple APIs and presents it in a clean, decision-ready format for management. More recently, Rocket Harbor built a production-grade multi-agent AI support system integrated with Microsoft Teams and REST APIs. It covers AI-assisted workflows, intent classification, retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge retrieval, and agent-based automation — all with proper multi-agent orchestration and tenant context isolation. The system is fully multi-tenant and deeply integrated with Microsoft 365, which fits naturally into how our teams already work. The team is reliable, communicates quickly when obstacles arise, and consistently meets deadlines. What impresses me most is their adaptability — throughout the project, we've had several changes in direction, and they handled each one with minimal friction. They find solutions that actually save us money. No complaints, just results.
