First version published on: August 25, 2022
Version Date: January 5, 2025
Effective Date: Current
Applies to: All customers, subscriptions, listings, campaign placements, monthly services, renewals, and platform distribution.
1. No Refunds – All Payments Are Final
All payments made to 50Pros are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reversible. Because platform access, audience distribution, and account-based marketing representation are initiated immediately upon payment, the service is considered delivered at activation. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction, non-usage, change in business plans, internal budgeting, or any other reason.
2. Immediate Service Delivery
Once a customer is listed, represented, distributed to prospective contacts, or promoted through the 50Pros platform or outreach channels, the contracted service is deemed fully earned. No partial, prorated, or full refunds apply at any stage following activation or distribution.
3. No Guarantee of Results
50Pros does not guarantee any particular commercial outcome, lead volume, revenue result, engagement, or conversion performance. Customer participation does not entitle the customer to any specific marketing or revenue success metrics.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that:
• all payments are final
• no chargeback claim, reversal, or dispute is valid
• the delivery of platform distribution, visibility, and marketing constitutes completion of service
5. Cancellation of Future Renewals Only
Customers may cancel upcoming renewals with written notice. Cancellation applies only to future billing periods and does not entitle the customer to refunds or credits for any previous payments or service intervals.
6. Terms Incorporated by Reference
Customer agrees that this Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of the binding Terms & Conditions accepted prior to purchase. These Terms include, but are not limited to: service provided as-is, no guarantee of results, and sole remedy being discontinuation of service, not financial reimbursement.
7. Sole Remedy
If a customer is dissatisfied, their sole available remedy is to discontinue use of the service. Financial compensation, reimbursement, or reversal is not permitted once service access has begun.
