Refreshing a Returning ITB Berlin Stand for Sweeply on the Same Space and Budget

Sweeply returned to the same ITB Berlin space and wanted a fresh new look. Working within tight space and budget limits, we found creative, uncomplicated ways to capture their original ideas without the cost of the originals.
Challenge
Sweeply had the same stand space as the previous year but wanted to refresh their presence and bring something new. We were the only supplier they spoke to, so there was a high level of trust from the start.
Solution
Because the space was unchanged, the first step was working out what to keep from the previous year and what to change. All requirements were clear from our first meeting. The real challenge was delivering them within the budget.
The layout needed little change, so we presented one design option and explored several add-ons. The client's original idea was to include a real treadmill and a photo spot on the stand. With limited space and budget, and availability constraints, neither was feasible as first imagined. We proposed alternatives that the client was happy with.
Results
The team used creativity to achieve the effect the client wanted in a non-obvious way, keeping the concept budget friendly and simple to build.
The client was very satisfied with the outcome, and everything performed as well as we expected.
The value of this project was finding a way to deliver the client's vision within real limits of space, budget and availability.
- Refreshed stand delivered on the existing space
- Client's concept delivered within budget through alternative solutions
- High client satisfaction reported
