
Once Again Home is an online retailer for eco-friendly home goods. They were struggling to grow the D2C portion of their business, and were relying on generic creatives to growth their ad accounts.
Once Again Home was relying on generic messaging, and outdated image creatives that were solely product-focused to grow their brand on Meta. Nothing was connecting with the end user, so their new customer growth was declining and they were primarily relying on repeat customer purchases for revenue.
We built a creative engine, from the ground up, that could be implemented at scale. This included adding new interest-based audiences based on top buyer personas we found through community-driven research, then launching UGC and Founder-focused video engine that spoke to our buyer's needs. We focused on testing creative ANGLE rather than one off videos to determine what messaging drew the most interest and attention to the brand
