QR-Based Digital Memorial and Legacy Preservation Platform

ForeverLoved is a modern memorial application that allows families to preserve the legacy of loved ones using QR-code enabled grave markers. By scanning the code, visitors access a digital profile containing stories, videos, music, and personal milestones of the deceased.

Challenge

The client required a Flutter-based mobile application that would enable QR-code scanning and seamless access to these digital memorial profiles, along with support for rich media content (stories, videos, music), intuitive navigation, and secure data storage.

Solution

We led the product discovery, UX strategy, and UI design. We are building the mobile app using Flutter and Node.js and integrating APIs like Spotify and YouTube to enhance digital memorials. Features include user account control, media uploads, family permissions, and subscription access to enhanced features.

Results

The product established a novel digital memorialization model by combining QR-enabled physical markers with subscription-based digital legacy profiles. The solution validated technical feasibility of media integration (Spotify, YouTube, cloud storage) within memorial pages. The platform attracted early user onboarding and positioned the client within an emerging memorial tech niche. The subscription structure enables recurring revenue potential.
