HelpGood

HelpGood helps purpose-driven organizations reach, engage and activate communities through strategy, creative work and integrated campaigns.

HelpGood is a full-service marketing and communications agency built for organizations working to make a social impact. We partner with nonprofits, foundations, public agencies and universities to help them reach, engage and activate the people who matter to their missions. Our services include research and strategy, brand positioning and messaging, creative campaigns, content, video, social media, websites, email, influencer engagement, public relations, paid media and analytics. We can shape the strategy, build the campaign and help run it across channels, giving clients one accountable team from planning through implementation and learning. Our team brings deep experience in public health, climate and clean energy, education, equity, fundraising and other complex issues. We turn complicated ideas into clear, compelling communications people can understand and act on. Audience insights, behavioral science and real-world performance data guide the work, with accessibility and cultural relevance built into the process. We understand the realities of mission-driven organizations: multiple stakeholders, limited resources, public accountability and the need to show meaningful results. Clients work directly with senior people who are practical, collaborative and comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution. HelpGood has supported organizations including American Jewish World Service, Acacia Center for Justice, the U.S. Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the California Department of Public Health, Los Angeles County, New York University and Columbia University. Our assignments have included statewide public education and behavior-change campaigns, brand and messaging strategy, donor engagement, social media programs, websites, public relations, reports and award-winning creative. HelpGood is a certified B Corp and LGBTQ-owned agency with teams in Los Angeles and New York. We were named to the Inc. 5000 and ranked the #1 social impact agency on Adweek’s Fastest Growing Agencies list.
