I'm not receiving emails from 50Pros
If you’re not receiving emails from 50Pros (verification codes, lead notifications, review requests, etc.), try these steps: (1) Check your spam or junk folder — our emails sometimes get filtered. (2) Add hello@50pros.com and noreply@50pros.com to your contacts or whitelist. (3) Verify the email address on your account is correct from Dashboard > Settings. (4) If you use a corporate email server, ask your IT team to whitelist emails from 50pros.com. (5) Check if your inbox is full. If you’ve tried all of these and still aren’t receiving emails, contact us via the support form at 50pros.com/support and we’ll investigate.
I'm seeing 'Too many submissions' or rate limit errors
50Pros uses rate limiting to protect the platform from spam and abuse. If you see a message like "Too many submissions" or "Please wait before trying again," it means you’ve exceeded the allowed number of actions in a short period. Wait about 60 seconds and try again. Rate limits apply to project submissions, search queries, review submissions, and form submissions. These limits are generous for normal use — you’re unlikely to hit them unless submitting very rapidly. If you believe you’re seeing rate limit errors in normal use, contact support for assistance.
My verification PIN expired or isn't working
Verification PINs expire after 10 minutes for security. If your PIN has expired or isn’t being accepted: (1) Click "Resend Code" to receive a fresh PIN (you can resend up to 3 times per submission). (2) Make sure you’re entering the most recent code — if you requested multiple codes, only the latest one is valid. (3) Check your spam or junk folder for the latest email from 50Pros. (4) You have up to 5 attempts to enter the correct code before it’s invalidated. If you’ve exhausted your resends and attempts, start a new project submission and you’ll receive a new PIN.
My review request link expired
Review request links expire 30 days after they are sent. If you received a review request from an agency but the link is no longer working, the agency will need to send you a new review request from their dashboard. Contact the agency directly and ask them to resend the request. Once you receive the new link, complete your review promptly to avoid another expiration. The agency can track the status of their review requests (pending, sent, opened, completed, expired) from their Reviews dashboard.
I can't sign up with my email address
50Pros requires a work email address for agency registrations. Free email providers like Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, AOL, and iCloud are not accepted. This policy ensures the quality of our directory by verifying that agencies operate from legitimate business domains. If you’re a freelancer or solo consultant without a custom domain, contact hello+agencies@50pros.com and explain your situation — we can help accommodate legitimate freelancers. For buyer accounts, any email address is accepted, but project submissions require a work email to protect agencies from spam inquiries.
