The Brand Experience is the Brand

Starfish is a Branding and Creative Agency that builds brands with the soul to move people and the coherence to govern AI. Its expertise in Brand Experience is what enables it to lead in AI Brand Strategy. Since 2002 we have built brands on a single durable conviction: a brand is not what an organization says, it is the sum of every experience it creates and its customers encounter. The Brand Experience is the Brand. Headquartered in New York City, with offices in France and Florida, we build brands that hold together identically for people and for machines. Our proprietary approach is High Fidelity Branding™: the expression can change, the meaning cannot. Where AI enters our production it is human-led, because the judgment about what a brand should mean, and what it should refuse, stays with people. We work across four pillars: Branding, Experience, Marketing and Stewardship. Our AI Brand Readiness solution keeps a brand distinctive, coherent and accurately represented as AI systems interpret and recommend it. We have served over 1,000 companies, including PwC, Gallup, Dunkin', the Anti-Defamation League, Baxter International, Avis, Principal, Samsung, Hologic and CRISIL. Recognition: 12 Transform Awards North America wins in 2025, and six shortlistings in 2026.
