Support beyond deployment The relationship does not end once a laptop is delivered. Assetze supports devices through repairs, warranties, replacements, retrieval, reuse and retirement. Secure and compliant retirement End-of-life devices can be securely erased, inspected, valued, recycled or disposed of through an EPR-compliant process with supporting documentation and audit trails.

Most founders I talk to are working 60+ hours a week and still can't step away. Not because they're bad at business. Because nothing is built to run without them. That's the bottleneck problem. And it's a systems problem, not a people problem. I'm Mark, co-founder of Modern Operators. We build Company OS: a Notion-based operating system that consolidates your vision, processes, data, and tools into one place. Then we layer AI on top so your team can actually execute without waiting on you. I'm not a consultant who studied this from the outside. I've been in the operator seat. My business partner and I have taken a training company from zero to $12M and scaled an e-commerce brand from $3.5M to $30M in under two years. We did it by building systems, getting out of the bottleneck, and creating businesses that didn't break when we stepped away. That's the same thing we build for you. Colleen came to us with everything scattered across docs, tools, and her own head. Her team was constantly waiting on her for basic information. After implementing Company OS, her team now runs daily operations and tracks clients end-to-end from a single Notion hub. She got hours back every week and eliminated the daily chaos of being everyone's answer key. That's what a real operating system does.

Ardwell Advisory — AI Automation

AI implementation built around measurable business results

Ardwell Advisory helps businesses increase revenue, reduce costs and create more operational capacity without continually adding headcount. Most growing businesses eventually run into the same problem: revenue increases, but so does the amount of administration needed to support it. More customers create more emails. More locations create more reporting. More employees create more internal questions. More sales create more follow-up. And before long, highly capable people are spending a significant part of their week on repetitive work. We help remove that bottleneck. Ardwell identifies the manual processes, administrative work and missed-revenue opportunities inside a business and builds practical AI and automation systems around them. That can include: • Automating repetitive administrative workflows • Recovering and following up missed sales opportunities • Automating lead qualification and customer follow-up • AI receptionists and customer communication • Internal AI knowledge assistants • Automated document processing and data extraction • Management and operational reporting • Automated KPI and performance dashboards • Customer support automation • Workflow automation between existing systems • Removing repetitive spreadsheet and data-entry work • Building systems that allow businesses to expand without administrative headcount increasing at the same rate We don't sell businesses another piece of software and leave them to figure it out. We look at how the organisation actually operates, identify where time or money is being lost, build the solution and integrate it into the way the team already works. The result is simple: less time spent on low-value administration, lower operating costs, faster processes, better visibility and more capacity to grow.
