How do I update my email or password?
From your dashboard, go to Settings to manage your account details. To change your email address, enter the new email and save — a confirmation link will be sent to the new address that you must click to verify the change. Your old email remains active until the new one is confirmed. To change your password, enter your current password followed by a new one (minimum 8 characters). If you’ve forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.
How do I invite team members to my dashboard?
From your dashboard Settings page, scroll to the Team section. Enter a team member’s email address and select their role: Admin (full access to all dashboard features including billing and settings) or Member (access to leads, messages, analytics, and profile editing but not billing or account settings). The invited person receives an email with a link to join. You can view pending invitations and revoke access for existing team members at any time. Each team member needs their own 50Pros account — they’ll be prompted to create one if they don’t have one.
How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?
From your dashboard, go to Settings and scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click "Enable 2FA" to begin setup. You’ll need an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password. Scan the QR code displayed on screen with your authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit verification code it generates to confirm setup. Once enabled, you’ll be asked to enter a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in, adding an extra layer of security to your account. You can disable 2FA at any time from the same Settings page.
How do I edit my agency profile?
From your dashboard, click "Edit Profile" in the navigation menu. Your profile is organized into multiple sections that you can edit independently: Agency Info (name, website, tagline), Company Details (year founded, team size, hourly rate, minimum project size, engagement models), Location (city, state, country), Description (your agency overview), Categories (up to 10 service categories on the free tier), Subcategories (specific services within your categories), Industries (your industry specializations), Logo (upload or crop your agency logo), Portfolio/Case Studies (add client work samples), Team Members (add team bios and roles), and Social Links (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Changes are saved individually per section. Your profile completeness score updates automatically as you fill in more fields.
How do I deactivate my agency account?
To request account deactivation, go to Dashboard > Settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the deactivation option, select a reason from the list (such as not enough leads, switching to a competitor, or business closing), and provide a brief explanation (at least 20 characters). Submit the request and our team will process it. Deactivation removes your agency from the public directory, archives your reviews, and cancels any active subscriptions at the end of their billing period. You can only have one pending deactivation request at a time. If you change your mind, contact hello+agencies@50pros.com before the request is processed.
