What are the pricing tiers for agencies?
50Pros offers three tiers: Free ($0 forever) — includes a full agency profile, up to 10 service categories, analytics dashboard, review collection, case studies, team profiles, lead management, badges, articles, and showcases. Verified ($125 one-time) — everything in Free plus a Verified badge, visible website URL, direct contact info (email and phone) shown to clients, and increased trust with potential clients. Featured ($80/month) — everything in Verified plus priority in project matching results, a Featured badge on listings, boosted directory ranking, GEO visibility enhancements, and monthly outreach email templates.
How much does verification cost?
Verification is a one-time fee of $125. This is not a subscription — you pay once and remain verified permanently. The fee helps maintain the quality of our directory and covers the review process. Verification unlocks the Verified badge on your profile, makes your website URL, email, and phone number visible to clients, and gives your profile a trust boost in rankings. You can pay from the Billing section of your agency dashboard using any major credit card through our secure Stripe payment system.
What is Featured placement and how much does it cost?
Featured placement is a monthly subscription at $80/month that gives your agency enhanced visibility across the platform. Featured agencies receive a "Featured" badge, priority positioning in project matching results, boosted ranking in directory listings, and GEO visibility enhancements. Additionally, 50Pros offers Category Placement slots — 10 premium positions per service category with tiered pricing (position 1 is the most prominent and most expensive, position 10 is the most affordable). Placement pricing varies by category popularity. You can view available slots and pricing from your dashboard’s Billing section.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage all subscriptions from the Billing section of your agency dashboard. To cancel a Featured subscription or Category Placement, click the manage button next to the active subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you’ll retain your premium benefits until then. There are no cancellation fees. Verification is a one-time payment and does not need to be cancelled. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, and you can update your payment method at any time.
How do Category Placement slots work?
Each service category has 10 premium placement slots, numbered 1 through 10. Position 1 appears at the very top of the category page and is the most expensive. Position 10 appears after position 9 but still above all organic results, and is the most affordable. When you purchase a slot, your agency is guaranteed that position in the category directory for as long as your subscription is active. If all 10 slots are occupied, you can join a waitlist and be notified when a spot opens up. Pricing is based on a tiered formula — view the specific pricing for each category and position from your dashboard.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a subscription payment fails (for Featured or Category Placement), Stripe will automatically retry the charge several times over the following days. You’ll receive an email notification alerting you to the failed payment with instructions to update your payment method. To update your card, go to Dashboard > Billing and click the manage button next to the affected subscription. If the payment continues to fail after retries, the subscription will be cancelled and you’ll lose the associated benefits (Featured badge, priority placement, etc.). Your Verified status is not affected by subscription payment failures since verification is a one-time payment.
