Marketplace & Packages
Create service packages, manage orders, and grow through the Marketplace.
What are Starter Packages?
Starter Packages are pre-scoped, fixed-price service offerings that you create and list on the 50Pros Marketplace (50pros.com/marketplace). Think of them as productized versions of your services -- a defined scope, clear deliverables, and a set price. Examples include SEO audits, brand identity packages, website builds, or social media setup. Packages are a great way to attract new clients with lower-commitment engagements that can lead to larger ongoing relationships.
How do I create a Starter Package?
From your agency dashboard, navigate to the Packages section and click "Create Package." You’ll need to provide a package title, a detailed description of what’s included, the service category, your price, and an estimated delivery timeline in days. Be specific about deliverables so buyers know exactly what they’re getting. Once published, your package appears on the public Marketplace where buyers can browse, filter, and purchase. You can create multiple packages covering different services or tiers (e.g., Basic, Standard, Premium).
What happens when someone buys my package?
When a buyer purchases your package, you’ll receive an email notification and a dashboard alert with the order details -- the buyer’s name, email, the package they purchased, the amount paid, and any note they included. Payment is processed through Stripe and transferred directly to your connected Stripe account. Reach out to the buyer promptly to introduce yourself, confirm the scope, and kick off the work. You can communicate through the platform’s messaging system to keep everything organized.
What fees apply to Marketplace sales?
50Pros does not charge any platform fees, commissions, or revenue share on Marketplace package sales. The only cost is standard Stripe payment processing (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction), which is deducted from the payment before it reaches your connected Stripe account. You set your own prices and keep the rest. To receive payments, you’ll need to complete Stripe Connect onboarding from the Billing section of your dashboard.
