A local landscaping company had built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth and repeat customers but did not have a professional website that reflected the quality of their work. Potential customers searching online for landscaping services had little information about the company, their services, or examples of past projects. Create Element developed a clean, modern website designed to showcase the landscaping company’s work and make it easy for new customers to reach out. The website focused heavily on visual presentation, highlighting project photography to demonstrate the quality of the company’s landscaping work. The site structure clearly explains the services offered, the areas served, and includes simple contact options so homeowners can quickly request a quote or consultation. The design was built to perform well on mobile devices, since many homeowners search for local services directly from their phones.

CHALLENGE PayeWaive needed a website that could translate a highly complex, technical product into a clear and engaging digital experience. The challenge was to communicate intricate platform features and workflows in a way that would quickly resonate with contractors and decision-makers, many of whom were unfamiliar with digital construction payment solutions. The site had to balance education and persuasion, reducing confusion and driving qualified leads. GOAL The primary goal was to create a website that distilled PayWaive’s sophisticated offering into an easily digestible and visually compelling narrative. The aim was to highlight key benefits, foster trust, and encourage visitors to take action—whether by requesting a demo or reaching out for more information. STRATEGY The approach centered on simplifying complex ideas through clear messaging, purposeful visuals, and interactive charts. The website was structured to guide visitors through the value proposition step-by-step, using custom graphics and thoughtfully organized content to explain features and benefits. Lead generation elements, such as contact forms and gated demo videos, were strategically placed to convert interest into action. Each page was carefully designed to be approachable, ensuring that users could quickly understand PayWaive’s value, regardless of their technical background.

In September 2025, we were approached by a Queensland-based entrepreneur preparing to enter Australia's fast-growing EV charging market. Our client, operating under the working name Voltway Charging, had already secured site access across several commercial and residential locations along the Brisbane–Gold Coast corridor and had a clear go-to-market plan — but no software platform to actually run the network. With a competitive window opening as EV adoption accelerated across South East Queensland, the client needed a fully branded, compliant, and revenue-ready charging management platform, and needed it fast. We delivered a complete [**white-label EV Charging Station Management Software**](https://tripleminds.co/white-label/ev-charging-station-management-solution/) (CSMS) solution, covering real-time station monitoring, OCPP-compliant hardware integration, automated payments, and a driver-facing mobile experience — all under the client's own brand. The project moved from initial discovery call to a live public network in just under nine weeks, with the client's first chargers going live in November 2025, well ahead of the 12–18 month timeline a fully custom build would typically require.
